Confidence to be seen
A 5-Day Email challenge for business owners who are tired of feeling “not enough” and ready to actually be Seen .
📅 5th - 9th of JANUARY 2026
Join a gentle but powerful 5-Day Email Challenge to unlearn the “not enough” stories you keep telling yourself, build your confidence and start showing up as you - without waiting to “fix” yourself first.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
1 short email per day for 5 days
1 doable exercise (5–15 minutes)
Real talk on why you feel this way – and how to slowly change it
What we’ll cover over 5 days
Each day you’ll get an email with a short story, an exercise and a quick explanation of why it helps.
Day 1 – Spotting the “Not Enough” Stories
We gently unpack where your “I’m not pretty/professional/feminine enough” stories actually came from (spoiler: not from you), so you can stop treating them as facts and start seeing them as old hand-me-downs.
Day 2 – Your Body Is Not a Business Risk
We shift from criticising your body to seeing it as the thing that lets you do your work, so showing up on camera stops feeling like a high-stakes inspection.
Day 3 – Building Your “Enough File”
You’ll create a physical or digital folder of real evidence that you are good at what you do, so your brain has something solid to lean on when the doubt is loud.
Day 4 – Safe Visibility Experiments
Together we pick tiny, low-pressure ways for you to practise being seen (online or offline) so your nervous system can learn that visibility can be safe.
Day 5 – Your Confidence Contract
You’ll write a simple, honest agreement with yourself about what you’re done apologising for and what “bare minimum” visibility will look like for you next month.
No toxic positivity. No “just love yourself more”. Just honest, practical work that meets you where you are.
How does it work?
Format: 5 days of emails
When: Starts on 5th January 2026 (or whenever you next decide)
Time: 5–15 minutes a day
Where: Your inbox – no Facebook group, no extra platform
You can absolutely follow along quietly in your own time. There are no homework police.
Who is it for?
This is for you if:
You know you’re hiding in your business (especially from the camera)
You’ve been called “too much” or “not enough” more times than you can count
You overthink every photo, video or post that shows your face
You tell yourself you’ll be more visible “when I’ve lost weight / look more polished / feel more confident”
You want to grow your business – but the fear of being seen is louder than your ambition
This is not for you if:
You want a magic mindset hack that makes you confident overnight
You’re looking for a content strategy, not confidence support
You want to bully yourself into being visible – we don’t do shame here

We’re not just listing wins or chanting affirmations into the void. We’re looking at where your “not enough” stories came from, how they live in your body and how to slowly rebuild trust in yourself with practical actions.

WHY I CREATED THE CONFIDENCE TO BE SEEN CHALLENGE
I created this challenge because I see the same thing again and again: incredible human beings with brilliant businesses quietly convinced they’re “not enough” to be seen. Their confidence and self-worth have been chipped away to the point where it holds them back from starting, from showing up, from growing the thing they’ve worked so hard to build.
I’ve had clients get emotional before we’ve even taken a single photo, because booking a shoot feels huge - it brings up every old story about not being pretty enough, thin enough, young enough, “professional” enough, etc. This challenge isn’t here to magically undo all of that in five days, but I hope it can be a kind, practical first step towards changing how you see yourself when you show up, and a foundation you can keep building on.
