I totally get it, times are tough for a lot of small businesses right now. That’s why I tried to keep the cost as low as possible, especially for this first round of Content & Connect.
There’s also payment plan options available. You can split the cost into 2 payments of £105 or 3 payments of £70. Just email me if you want to book your slot and I’ll send over the booking details for you.
Still not the right option? Feel free to get in touch and I’m happy to chat and see how we can find the right option for you and your business.

The Content & Connect Day is all about learning how and what to create for your own content, so it’s best to use your own equipment as well.
But don’t worry, I’ll send you a list of items needed and recommended, so you can prepare and get anything you might be missing with plenty of time before the event. The basics you need are a smartphone or camera and a tripod.
That being said, if you need a hand or something malfunctions on the day, I’m happy to lend people some of my equipment if needed. (Subject to availability.)

Of course! B-roll is one of those terms that gets thrown around a lot in the film/video world - but it’s really quite simple (and super useful, especially for Instagram and socials!).
Put simply, b-roll is all the extra footage that’s filmed alongside a main video. So, if the main bit (called a-roll) is you talking to camera - maybe sharing tips, introducing your services, or chatting about your latest offer - then b-roll is everything else that helps bring that story to life.
Like those fancy montages in movies, when someone is narrating or talking about something in the past.
Think shots of you creating your product, making a coffee, typing away at your laptop, arranging flowers, setting up your meeting, or walking into your office - all the visual, behind-the-scenes moments that give your audience a feel for who you are and how you work.
Why is it useful?
Because it makes your content so much more engaging. It breaks things up visually, adds context, and gives you loads of flexibility for social media - like creating reels with a voiceover, silent montages for moody music, or showing off your workspace without always being on camera.So, in short: b-roll is the “extra” footage that actually makes your content feel extra good.
